YORKSHIRE Building Society Group has announced that its customer contact centres have been awarded CCA Global Standard accreditation.

CCA is the professional body for leading brands in customer experience.

The accreditation is for the work undertaken at the Group’s contact centre at Yorkshire Drive in Bradford as well as the centres in Peterborough and Cheltenham.

Sarah Jackson, from Yorkshire Building Society Group, said: "I am really proud of all our colleagues in our contact centres, the feedback from the CCA was brilliant and shows that all the work our contact centre colleagues have put in over the years to ensure our focus on customers has been a success.
