A MAN is still in a "critical but stable" condition after a serious car crash earlier this week.
A pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was hit by a car on Bolton Road, Silsden, on Tuesday at 7pm.
On Thursday police said he was in a critical condition in hospital. Today they have updated his condition to "critical but stable."
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the crash.
It is thought that a silver Vauxhall Corsa was travelling up the hill on Bolton Road when a collision occurred with a parked car, a black Ford Focus.
The injured man was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary for urgent medical treatment.
Officers are appealing to the public for witnesses to the collision itself or if anyone saw the vehicles prior to the collision.
