APPEAL: Members from the Chellow Hearts Charity got together to help out at Chellow Heights Special school with their new garden project APPEAL: Members from the Chellow Hearts Charity got together to help out at Chellow Heights Special school with their new garden project

A charity is creating a memorial garden at Chellow Heights Special School, Heaton, Bradford.

Chellow Hearts was set up earlier this year to fundraise and support projects at the school which opened in 2010.

The school caters for children aged between two and 11 years-old who have a range of needs, including profound learning issues and some children with life limiting illnesses.

The garden is being funded by the Greggs Foundation and Kingdom Gardens have helped with its design and planning. The school has appealed for garden centres to help with gifts of plants to enhance it.
