A Swedish motorcyclist who died after being thrown from his bike when it collided with a car in Saltaire has been named as Karl Olof Nilsson.
The 55-year-old was riding a foreign-registered Triumph along Victoria Road, near Shipley fire station, when it was in a crash with a Suzuki Alto at the junction with Saltaire Road at about 2.45pm on Sunday.
A post mortem examination was carried out yesterday afternoon.
