The Bradfactor finalists
These talented singers and dancers have made it through to the final of the Bradfactor contest.
Organiser Paula Helliwell said the finalists were chosen after “a closely- fought semi-final”.
She said: “It was a very hard choice and this year we have increased the finalists to 16 acts, giving more young people a chance to perform at St George’s Hall with professional acts.”
The finalists are: Gemma Amato, Bilal and Izrail, Fearless Praisers, Riv Mix Dance Group, Jessica Wood, Shawny Penn, Hannah Marsden, Star Whitwell, Harriet Gavin, Aka Dance Academy, Caitlin Ellis, Laura Erby, Abi and Akenyia, LeeJay and Kamran, Georgia Ryczany and Phoebe and Charlotte. The final takes place at St George’s Hall on Saturday, October 13.
Britain’s Got Talent finalists Twist and Pulse will host the show and there will be a guest performance by The Risk, finalists on last year’s X Factor.
