Man dies from stab wounds
A man has died from stab wounds after an incident at an house in Farsley, near Pudsey, early today.
Police were alerted just before 4am and found a woman, with stab wounds, lying outside a house in Poplar Square.
Officers found a man with a knife in the bedroom and used a taser in order to arrest him. He was found to be suffering from stab wounds and officers began to give first aid as he appeared to be losing consciousness.
He died in Leeds General Infirmary. The woman’s injuries are not life-threatening.
