I also think it is probably a Chinese Lantern. I know they've been the subject of lots of UFO reports in the past. Its difficult to come to any proper conclusion with the video because of how short it is and how poor the image is.

It will have been the International Space Station, which flew over at that time.

There is more chance of this being an UFO than the Bulls being "saved", perhaps it might be an investor?

It depends how high it was. If it was beneath the cloud cover, or obviously only the height of plane taking-off, then it clearly cannot have been the ISS.
