Firefighters have been tackling a house fire on the edge of Bradford city centre.
The fire service was called to a house in Claremont Terrace, just off Morley Street, at 6.31am today.
A fire service spokesman said 25 per cent of the first floor was involved in the fire.
Crews from Bradford and Odsal attended the scene and called for back up from the aerial ladder appliance.
Firemen are in the process of damping down and making the site safe.
Roof tiles are being removed to ensure the blaze has been extinguished fully.
Nobody is thought to have been in the building.
