Police were called to the top of North Parade in Bradford after a drunken brawl got out of hand.

Officers were called to the city centre street just after 4pm yesterday after reports of a fight between two intoxicated men.

The area had to be cordoned off by police and an ambulance was called. Police said both of the men suffered only minor injuries in the incident.

A police spokesman confirmed the incident had happened but said there was nothing to investigate once the situation had been calmed.
