A Muslim group is going on the road with its message of peace by mounting a poster campaign on buses across Bradford.
The Love For All Hatred For None message will be seen on about 20 buses in the district, and on 240 buses nationally as part of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association campaign.
Dr Mohammed Iqbal, president of the association’s Bradford branch, said its advertisement campaign was especially important in the wake of last week’s killing by US special forces of terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.
He had described his death as good news for those interested in developing peace across the world.
He said: “I think the bus campaign is important because it shows communities taking a pro-active step and trying to counteract any type of extremist views that people might be worried about at this time, to alleviate anxieties and show communities working together and building bridges.”
He said after the death of Osama Bin Laden it became “even more important to try to stall fears”.
Dr Iqbal said he hoped the campaign, which will run for the next two weeks, will highlight the work the group does to bring communities together, and help spread its message of peace.

Because you are not the sole authority in this country, thankfully. Everyone has a right to call themselves whatever they want. You can debate about it all you like thanks to the freedom here unlike most Muslim countries where one is persecuted or even killed for holding opposing views. Point is they are doing something good while you are only spreading hate. Don’t; always complain, try to contribute sometime too. No wonder you are so upset, they make you look bad.

If you believe your so called "prophet was Jesus or Brahma, then why dont you call yourself Hindu or Christians, then no Muslim will have a problem with you.The sooner that you realize that your sect is deviant and false and leading you up the wrong path, the better it will be for you. You may fool some with your beliefs about your leader but not all. If your so called leader was whom he claims then why was he born and died of diarrohea in a very unhygenic place like a toilet. No great leaders are either born that way or die in such a place. Please dont claim to be caring , loving people spreading false messages just to get in peoples good books.

Albion, with all due respect, it's not necessary that you post on every topic you clearly have very little knowledge; that is clear from your patronising posts.
The truth is that the vast majority of muslims find these peoples' beliefs very offensive. Applaud their efforts, fine; but don't make out every muslim who cringes at these peoples' beliefs as "intolerant, warped, extremist". Extremism is coming outside of the law that God laid down - so actually we could classify these people as extremists could we not for inventing a new religion.
Anyhow, Islam teaches to be
patient with misguided people - so just because we disagree with them doesn't mean we are "intolerant". Rather intolerance takes two meanings and one is to be patient with those you disagree with.
I think we've all got side-tracked from the article itself, but I think we can thank Albion for that!

There really is no limit to the identity theft being carried out by the Ahmadiyya Cult, since 2005 Muslims have held a peace campaign and in 2007 Muslims were the first to advertise on buses "Islam Is Peace" but because of the Islamaphobic press they never highlighted that campaign as they only hold interest in stories that show muslims in the negative.
The media know well that the Ahmadiyya are not Muslims but it doesn't bother them because Anti-Islamic press sells!

None of you have addressed any legitimate point I have raised but instead resorted to ad-hominems. I have extended my hand to Ahmadis many times to open dialogue between us but it is returned with abuse. "Love for all hated for none" is nothing but a gimmick!
