CHILVER Richard. It is with deep regret I must announce the death of my my precious Son on December 21st. I have special thanks to Tony Wilson, Jim Wheeler and Ben, with me they stayed with Richard throughout. Safe in the arms of Jesus with his much loved Dad. So calm, so brave.
