Police will carry out random speed checks in a day of action in Harden and Wilsden with representatives from Bradford Council and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service on Monday.
As well as spot checking vehicles, they will be protecting people from having their car number plates stolen.
Neighbourhood wardens Joanne Smith and Mike Edser will take part alongside the Council’s street cleaning teams between 10am and 2pm.
People will be able to book home fire safety checks and for smoke alarms to be fitted by the fire service.
