Brian Noble has urged his side to quickly rediscover their killer streak.

Harlequins come to Odsal tomorrow night hoping to upset the Super League champions on their home turf.

The Bulls were made to work hard to win their first game at Wakefield on Sunday and Noble believes that was partly due to their wastefulness in attack.

He admits he is keen to see his guns firing more efficiently in round two.

"Wakefield will beat some teams," conceded the coach, who confirmed Chris McKenna will be in the 17 against Quins. "They're a big set and you've got to be on your mettle doing everything right but we didn't take our opportunities early on over there.

"Not taking your chances at this level can sometimes dig you into a bit of a hole. We had several we could have taken early on and we were bombing them right at the death too.

"In the end it made that last five minutes really tense."

The Bulls should be sharper this week but so will Harlequins, whose boss Tony Rea publicly apologised for his players' performance in their defeat by St Helens.

Of the newly-named and branded side, Noble said: "A lot of things didn't go their way.

"I've watched their match against Saints and it was error-strewn but on any other given day they'd have got a whole lot closer. They will be a lot tougher this weekend.

"Mark McLinden's back for them. He's quick, sharp and I know they are a much better side with him in.

"They played some attractive rugby right throughout last year and so we're expecting the new Harlequins with the old London style."

Meanwhile, Marcus St Hilaire and Adam Watene should both return from injury to play for the senior academy against Harlequins in tomorrow's

curtain-raiser at 3.40pm.
