These youngsters can raise a cheer for a holiday camp coming to Bradford next week.

Cheerleading classes will run from Tuesday to Friday with a performance on the last day, when children and teenagers will have chance to meet Bradford Bulls players.

Course leader Robyn Morrison, who runs Panache Cheer School, heads the Bradford Bulls cheerleading squad and holds classes at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre.

Mrs Morrison, who is married to the Bulls’ vice-captain Glenn Morrison, said: “It’s a fun summer camp to get the children active and involved in sports.

“There will be a celebration afternoon at the end of the week where they can perform what they have learned and get to meet some of the players.”

Mrs Morrison held a week-long cheer camp last week.

She said: “They loved it and they all want to sign up for the next one and start attending regular cheer classes.”

Anyone interested in the camp, which is aimed at seven to 16-year-olds, is asked to contact the Bulls on 0844 8711490.
