Woman, 75, was found hanged at home

former inpatient at Bradford's Lynfield Mount Hospital was found hanged after her worried neighbour called police, an inquest heard.

Gillian Rennison visited Kathleen Dobson, 75, of Briggland Court, Wilsden, every day and was worried when she went round on Monday, March 14, to find her curtains closed.

She was unable to use her key to get into the house as there was another one in the door on the inside, the hearing in Bradford was told yesterday.

She alerted the police who came round to force their way into the house where they found Miss Rennison's body. A note in her handwriting was also found in the house.

Coroner Roger Whittaker recorded a verdict that she had taken her own life.
