Mark Bower column: I'm sure Ben Muirhead is really looking forward to the chance of playing at Valley Parade again.
Players going back to their old clubs always have that extra incentive and Ben will be no different.
He will be desperate to play and show people what they have been missing.
We miss him in the dressing room because he was a great character and a nice lad as well. And he used to have the lads in stitches with some of the things he came out with.
His best one was when his wife was due to give birth and Ben said she was going into hospital to get seduced! I think he meant induced But it will be good to see him again and hopefully he can do really well at Rochdale. As long as it's after Saturday afternoon.
Rochdale have had a great away record with only two defeats. But that seems to be par for the course in this league.
With not being playing for the last few weeks, I sit at home watching Soccer Saturday when the lads are away and study the results.
When we won at Macclesfield, I think there was only one home win that weekend. On Tuesday night it was the same so it's a strange league.
Maybe teams going away from home can play a bit more negatively and can sit back. The onus isn't on them to go forward all the time and they can wait for gaps to appear at the back and then counter-attack.
Even MK Dons are struggling at home and seem to be doing better on their travels. It seems to be affecting everyone.
But let's hope that won't carry on tomorrow and we can get back on track after the Bury disappointment.
We'd come off a good unbeaten run and done all right first half before it went downhill.
But nobody's perfect and we will all have our off-days. Unfortunately quite a lot of the lads suffered at the same time.
But everyone's desperate to put that bad 45 minutes to rest and do something which is unusual in this league by getting a home win.
