Seven men will stand trial in June after they denied murdering Bradford businessman Teddy Simpson.
The men all entered not guilty pleas to the murder charge when they appeared before the city's crown court today.
Darren Martin, 37, of Markfield Avenue, Low Moor, Bradford; Dacosta Daniel, 28, of Servia Gardens, Leeds; Mumtaz Ali, 37, of Astral View, Wibsey, Bradford; Anthony Neale, 27, of no fixed address, Sonny Stewart, 26, of Hope Avenue, Wibsey, Anthony Davies, 27, of Lloyds Drive, Low Moor, and Errol Witter, 26, of Blenheim View, Woodhouse, Leeds, all appeared before the Honorary Recorder of Bradford Judge Stephen Gullick.
After a half-hour hearing in which the progress of the case was discussed Judge Gullick told the men that their trial was fixed to begin at Bradford Crown Court on June 9.
Mr Simpson, 56, of Sticker Lane, Laisterdyke, died last August from multiple injuries.
His body was found near the former Beechwood Nursing Home, off Huddersfield Road, Wyke.
The seven defendants are due back at court on April 7 for a further pre-trial hearing.
Ali and Witter had their conditional bail extended to that hearing, but the other five men were remanded back into custody.
