A CAR fire outside a house in the early hours of this morning is under investigation.
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (WYFRS) was called to reports of a vehicle on fire outside a house on Nibshaw Road, Gomersal, at around 1am today.
A crew from Cleckheaton Fire Station rushed to the scene and found the car was well alight when they arrived.
It was parked outside the car owner's home and a spokesperson for WYFRS said someone noticed it was in flames and rang the fire service.
The cause of the blaze is currently unknown, but is under investigation.
The WYFRS spokesperson said police have been informed.
