FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a dual carriageway in Brighouse this morning after a car caught fire.
West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service attended the scene on Lüdenscheid Link, near its junction with Church Lane, just after 11am.
Thankfully, there were no injuries as a result of the blaze.
A West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called out to Lüdenscheid Link, Brighouse at 11.11am this morning.
"A car was on fire on the main carriageway.
"One hose reel and one breathing apparatus were used to extinguish the fire.
"There were no injuries."
