A Bradford mosque has reached the final of a national competition.

Madni Jamia Masjid, in Thornbury Road, has been selected from more than 1,000 mosques across the country. It has been recognised for turning itself into a centre for lear-ning and social development.

To vote for Madni Jamia Masjid to become Britain's Best Mosque, text "Vote Bradford" to 60060. Texts cost 50p. For details of the Model Mosque programme visit www.icea.org. uk. The result will be announced tonight.
