SHIPLEY Fire Station was called out to a nasty car fire this morning on Idle Road in Bradford.
Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the incident, which took place at around 4:30am, but the vehicle sadly did not survive the blaze.
A spokesperson for Shipley Fire Station said: "We were called out to Idle Road at 4:30am to a Seat Alhambra that was on fire and parked at the side of a driveway.
"We used one breathing apparatus to stop the crew inhaling any smoke and one hose reel to put out the fire.
"Nobody was hurt but the car was totally lost to the fire.
"We were there for about an hour and were the only crew in attendance."
