PLANS for new homes in Queensbury have been submitted to Bradford Council.
In 2012 the Council granted permission for nine homes to be built on a plot of land between Commercial Street and Charles Street. But the development never came to fruition.
Now Wayne Butterfield has submitted a new application to build an almost identical scheme at the same site.
The development would be made up of eight two bedroom homes and one three bed one, as well as 20 parking spaces for the properties. The application says: “This design intends to make use of a vacant plot while providing a sympathetic aesthetic to potential purchasers in an already developed community.”
A decision on the application is expected in October.
