KARLA Burton and Rachel Clayton will cycle 85 miles of the Giant’’s Causeway in Northern Ireland to help the funding for five athletes and a coach to travel as part of the Great Britain team at next year’s Special Olympics World Games in Dubai.
The Bradfordians need £3,500 each to be able to go to the games.
The ride, which will take place on September 8, incorporates “Torr Head” - a route that has 17km of tough climbs with some reaching 22 per cent gradient.
