A GROUP offering support to residents in Little Horton and south Bradford have received a share of £70,000.
Bradford Trident has been awarded a share of the cash from City Connect and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, along with Community Action Bradford and District, BEAP Community Partnership and Margaret Carey Foundation with Bradford Bikery.
The money will go towards boosting cycling and walking in their organisations.
Carlton Smith, CEO at Bradford Trident, said: “Bradford Trident is delighted to be awarded a CityConnect community grant.
“It will help those in work and training and the most marginalised sections of our community to make sustainable, healthy and environmentally friendly travel choices, while having a positive impact on air quality in our city."
