A KEIGHLEY-based respite unit for young people with disabilities and other complex health needs will host its own fundraising event at the start of September.
The September 1 occasion takes place at Clockhouse Project, off Oakworth Road, which is part of Bradford Council's Services to Children.
Kirsty Dunn, who works at the project, said: "We're hosting 'Clockhouse Rocks' from noon to 5pm on September 1. We'll have live bands and some of our very own young people will be performing.
"We've also arranged for some members of Keighley Playhouse to come and perform songs and routines from their upcoming production of Hairspray. "It will be a fun filled day, with tombola, raffle stalls, ice cream, food and drinks and sensory experiences for families.
"It's for a very worthwhile cause, with all the proceeds going to the Friends of Clockhouse fund.
"This will help us buy more resources for our young people, to give them the best experiences possible.
"We want many people to come, have fun and raise funds for a rewarding cause."
