This was the dramatic scene of a fire in Wyke on Sunday evening.
Firefighters from Odsal, Fairweather Green and Halifax were called to a property on Huddersfield Road, opposite School Place, just after 7.30pm.
A West Yorkshire Fire And Rescue Service spokesperson said two large jets and a hose reel have been used to tackle the fire.
They said nobody was in the property at the time. It's thought the building used to be a shop.
This photograph was sent in by reader Martyn Hartlebury via Twitter. Martyn told us he'd been stuck in a nearby pub at the height of the fire as the road was closed off.
