POLICE and paramedics were called to city centre pub this afternoon after a man had been stabbed in the street.
Officers had cordoned off a large section of pavement outside The Queen pub in Bridge Street, close to Bradford Interchange.
Paramedics could be seen treating a large topless man, who appeared to have a wound at the bottom of his back.
Police were called to the street just before 3.30pm to reports a man had been stabbed. The man has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
A spokesperson said enquiries are in early stages, but anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information which could assist the investigation is asked to call police on 101, quoting log 1207 of July 11, or via the live chat facility on the West Yorkshire Police website.
