PRODUCERS of a community documentary about Brexit are filming a session in Keighley.

People are invited to go along to Central Hall, in Alice Street, on Saturday, June 30, to air their views.

Visitors can stay for the full event – between noon and 3pm – and group discussion, or call in for a short interview.

The film – EU Bah Gum! Yorkshire Voices on Brexit – is being produced by Bradford-based Artworks Creative Communities, with funding from grant-giving charity Paristamen.

A series of 'cafes' is being held across the region.

"The sessions will be filmed and provide an opportunity for positive engagement between those with different views on Brexit – broadly between those who support a 'remain' point of view and those who back the 'leave' argument – and to see if there is any scope for reconciliation," said Estelle Cooper, projects co-ordinator with Artworks Creative Communities.

The completed documentary will be screened at the Delius Arts & Community Centre in Bradford the week before the official Brexit date, next March.
