ADVENTURE: Water activities - one of many fun excursions kids at the Scouting Association can get involved with.
A WOMAN was appointed as a lead volunteer for Scout groups across the south of Bradford, earlier this month.
Alison Walton, who has helped out with Scouting for a number of years, accepted the new role as District Commissioner and will now manage the Scouting groups of Bradford South.
Ms Walton said: “It will be a real privilege and an honour and allow me to work with an amazing set of dedicated adults from across the southern areas of the city of Bradford.”
The Scout Association supports children from the age of six.
