POLICE have released CCTV images of two men they would like to identify in relation to an arson in the city centre earlier this year.
The men were caught on camera close to the Aleppo restaurant in Great Horton Road, next to the Alhambra theatre, in the early hours of Saturday, March 17.
A fire started in the restaurant’s basement, damaging the restaurant, and was believed to have started inside.
Detectives have been carrying out extensive inquiries into the blaze and would like anyone who recognises either man to get in touch.
Anyone who can assist in the investigation is asked to call police on 101, quoting crime reference number 13180126715, or use the live chat facility on the Contact Us page of the West Yorkshire Police website.
Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111.
