QUEENSBURY Community Programme is to run drop-in classes from today to help vulnerable people stay safe online.
Staying Safe in your Digital World is a project to help people get online and surf the internet safely.
The project will focus on teaching people what the internet is and how it can help them, as well as staying online.
Kathryn Halford, Development Manager from Queensbury Community Programme, said: “There will be free drop-in sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout June and July.
“We have a library here in our building and footfall is quite low so I’m trying to incorporate this project with the opening times of the library.”
Drop-in sessions will run at various times.
