AN empty shop in Bradford city centre has failed to sell at auction.
Last used as a furniture store, five-storey 46 Darley Street (pictured) had a £290,000 guide price when it went under the hammer at the most recent Pugh property auction at Leeds United’s grounds.
The building has retail space on the ground floor and four upper floors that have been used for storage. Overall space in the building is 14,564 square feet.
After no successful bids were placed, the building remains on the market.
Other Bradford lots selling at the auction included 26 Chapel Street in Little Germany, a vacant three storey office building with planning permission for flats.
It had a guide price of £100,000, and sold for £110,000.
