PLANS to build a new housing development have been withdrawn.
The proposals, for land at Wilson Road, Wyke, were seeking permission for 45 homes to be built.
The application stated the development would have included a mixture of detached and semi-detached houses, with a new access road created for vehicles and pedestrians.
According to documents submitted with the planning application, the land was previously subject to a similar application which was refused due to a lack of information.
