A FUN and activity day will be held at Wibsey Park later this month.
It will kick off at 12 noon and will begin with a fun run.
It s open to all ages and abilities and will celebrate the launch of the park’s new measured mile.
On the day, there will be opportunities to take part in activities run by Bradford Park Avenue FC, Wibsey Rugby League, Streamline Gym and Big Bike Revival.
There will also be a climbing wall, model boats, guided walks, mini Olympics, stalls, refreshments and more.
The park awarded £10,000 of lottery funding to help it become a hub for healthy activities over summer.
The Friends of Wibsey Park (FOWP) group has been working with social enterprise Your Back Yard, which specialises in improving green spaces and health.
The fun day will be held on Sunday, May 27.
