Blazing saddles as scooter fire spreads to house
FLAMES from a burning scooter spread to the outside wall of a house in High Oak Garth, Oakworth, last night.
Police and firefighters were called after a neighbour discovered the Yamaha Aerox ablaze at around 3.48am.
A spokesman for Keighley Fire Station, said the fire was suspected to be malicious.
He said: “It set light to a wheelie bin and a fence, and spread to the side of the house.”
The interior of the house was not damaged.
