FAMILIES will be treated to an Easter extravaganza at Keighley's Cliffe Castle.

The newly restored museum and park is to host an Animal Fun Day on Saturday, March 31, to celebrate the attraction's rabbits and guinea pigs moving into their new home.

They will be joined by Worth Valley Ferret Welfare Racing team and a selection of reptiles from Shipley shop Into The Wild.

Cllr Sarah Ferriby, Bradford Council's Executive Member for Environment, Sport and Culture, said: “Spring is probably the best time to experience the newly refurbished park, especially with lots of free events for all the family both outside and inside the museum.

“Cliffe Castle has been one of the district’s favourite destinations since it became a public park and museum more than 50 years ago. I hope as many people turn out for the exciting free events on offer.”

A Circus Crafts session is planned for Tuesday, April 3, from 1pm to 3pm.
