A SOFA push which was due to come through the Keighley area at the weekend but was cancelled because of the weather has been rearranged.

Keighley-born TV weatherman Paul Hudson and his BBC Look North colleagues Harry Gration and Amy Garcia were scheduled to take in Wilsden and Cullingworth and finish at Haworth on Sunday.

But heavy overnight snow left some roads treacherous.

The leg will now be staged this Saturday (Mar 24).

Look North team members are pushing the sofa around Yorkshire, with the aim of visiting 50 places in eight days.

The gruelling challenge is part of the programme's 50th-birthday celebrations and to raise money for Sport Relief.
