POLICE are continuing to appeal for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Otley last week.
The Major Collision Enquiry Team would like to speak to anyone who saw or has information about the incident which took place at about 1.20pm in Bondgate, in Otley, on Tuesday March 6.
It took place after a black Ford Mondeo was in collision with a 75-year-old Leeds woman crossing the road outside the Bowling Green public house.
She was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but later died.
Sergeant Ann Drury of the Major Collision Enquiries Team said:
“We are continuing to investigate this fatal collision and would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident.
“I would also like to speak to anyone who perhaps saw the lady or the car, shortly before the collision occurred or who might have dash-cam footage of the incident.
“Anyone who can assist the enquiry is asked to contact the Major Collision Enquiry Team on the non-emergency number 101.”
