POLICE handed out warnings following reports of dangerous and anti-social scooter riding.
West Yorkshire Police's specialist 'quad squad' issued two 'Section 59' warnings in Thorpe Edge, Bradford, yesterday.
The warning means the vehicle can be seized if it continues to be used in an anti-social way.
