Man injured in suspected axe attack in Highfield Road, Idle
A MAN suffered leg injuries in a suspected axe attack.
Police were called to an address on Highfield Road, Idle, following reports of a man having been assaulted.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said it is thought the man was attacked with a weapon – believed to be an axe. The incident took place at around 1.30pm yesterday.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked to call police on 101, quoting log 817 of Thursday, February 22.
