Traffic heading into Leeds from Bradford should brace for long delays after a crash closed the eastbound M621 between junctions 1 and 2.
A multi-vehicle crash happened at around 10am and police are warning that the motorway could reamin closed until after 1.30pm.
Traffic heading for Leeds from the direction of Bradford is being advised to travel east on the M62 until junction 29, then head north on the M1 and join the M621 heading westbound.
