BRADFORD music hero Kiki Dee has announced she will be playing an acoustic concert in Queensbury's Black Dyke Mills later this year.

The singer, who is from Little Horton and was the first UK artist to be signed to the Tamla Motown label, is most famous for her Number 1 duet with Elton John Don't Go Breakin My Heart.

She will be visiting the mill with her musical partner Carmelo Luggeri on November 10.

They will be playing tracks from their latest album A Place Where I Can Go as well as hits from her back catalogue and covers of songs by artists including Frank Sinatra and Kate Bush.

Black Dyke Mills Heritage Venue is based in the iconic Queensbury mill, and in recent years has become a major events and community space for the village, hosting regular concerts.
