New College Bradford will deliver top quality teaching and learning from teachers and tutors who are post-16 experts. Students will choose from over 50 subjects and will learn on a purpose built city centre campus.
Last year it was announced the college’s new £19 million campus would be opening on Nelson Street.

Craven College is an aspirational college set in safe, friendly and inclusive rural campuses in Skipton within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and at The Aviation Academy based airside at Leeds Bradford International Airport.
We continuously invest in our excellent industry standard facilities to support our students and their studies, our latest project being a new £1.6m purpose-built Animal Management Centre (due for completion later this year) on our Aireville Campus.
The college is proud of the fact that Ofsted (2016) rated its Apprenticeship provision as outstanding and praised our excellent record for student and Apprentice progression to university and rewarding employment.
The college has its roots in the original Mechanics Institute and Art School in Skipton.
This year the college is sponsoring the Secondary Teacher of the Year category.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Bradford Teaching is a new scheme to get more people teaching in Bradford.
Launched last year, it is a new push to turn around the district’s recruitment problems and convince people to make the district their first choice to work.
One of the main strands to the project involves “inspirational” teachers, including heads, from a variety of local schools who will be documenting their career paths and day to day lives teaching in the district. These stories will be put out on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to try to woo people to Bradford.
It has started by focusing on people who are thinking about getting into teacher training, before a move in spring to get newly qualified teachers to work in Bradford’s schools.
This year the campaign is sponsoring the Newcomer award at the Telegraph & Argus’ School Awards.

The Broadway Shopping Centre has quickly established itself as one of Yorkshire’s premier shopping destinations.
The centre boasts more than 85 stores and eateries including prolific high street names like Debenhams, HMV, H Samuel, Next and M&S.
Spring 2018 will also see a number of new restaurants and a new cinema, The Light, opening their doors in a soon-to-be-completed multimillion pound extension to the shopping centre.
Located in the heart of Bradford city centre, The Broadway Centre links the historic Little Germany and Cathedral Quarter areas, and is easily accessible by car, bus, rail or on foot.
The Centre is delighted to be sponsoring the Community Involvement Awards at this year’s School Awards, which recognises the good work schools do in their local communities.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Bradford Council has been a major partner with the Telegraph & Argus in promoting the Schools Awards from the start.
Although the increasing numbers of academies and free schools in recent years have seen more schools leaving council control, the authority still has the duty to make sure Bradford’s children get the best possible education.
The council is delighted to sponsor the award which recognises the often unsung heroes of Bradford education - our schools’ governors.
School governors are people who want to make a positive contribution to children’s education. They are volunteers who give up their time and energy to help schools be the best places they can be for our children.
Their role is key to ensuring the effectiveness of a school.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

It has its own engineering board, using expertise to support and challenge developments within the college and ensure needs of local employers are met.
The College is sponsoring the Leadership Award at this year’s Telegraph & Argus School Awards, a category that recognises the work done by headteachers and other school leaders.
