An elderly man had to be cut out of his car after a three-car crash late on Saturday night.
The crash happened at 11pm on Killinghall Road, Barkerend, and caused the closure of the road.
A West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Road traffic collision involving 3 cars. 1 elderly male casualty was trapped in 1 of the cars, casualty extricated by fire service personnel and then transported to hospital by ambulance.”
