TEENAGERS Bradley Pattison and Chanel De Angelis have been chosen to work backstage for the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company in the playwright's birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Bradford College students will spend a week creating costumes, learning about lighting and perfecting the sound system for a production of Twelfth Night.
Chanel, from West Bowling, said: “It is a brilliant opportunity and I am incredibly grateful to have been selected.
“I am hoping I get the chance to make some of the costumes and learn about what it is like to be working on a live production."
Performing arts student Bradley, 18, added: “Ultimately I would love to be an actor but I also enjoy the technical side of theatre and film and TV so to get a glimpse of how it works at such a famous company as the RSC is brilliant. And to be able to list work experience with the RSC on my CV when applying for university is great.”
