AN empty mill on one of the main roads into the city centre is up for sale with a guide price of £500,000.
Junction Mills on Thornton Road is owned by Bradford College, and was its former Art School.
In 2016 the college and Health and Extra Care Solutions was granted planning permission to knock down the long empty five storey building (pictured) and build a dentist, shop, and 26 low cost flats in its place.
College students would be offered work experience places in the dentist facility.
However, last year it was announced that these plans had been dropped.
The college has said the 34,310 square foot building, made up of two linked buildings, is surplus to requirements. It has now been put on the market, with offers being accepted until January 26.

The building is a former spinning mill dating back to the early 20th century and backs onto Bradford Beck. At the time of the application to demolish it, there were several objections, including claims the building should be used as a school, community centre, or textile museum rather than being knocked down.
