PLANS to carry out extensive refurbishments to a Grade II listed pub in Horton Bank Top have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The application has been submitted by Greene King to carry out internal and external refurbishments at The Crown public house in Great Horton Road, pictured.
It was given a Grade II listing by Historic England in 1983.
The planned works include repainting, new signage and lighting, installing new outdoor furniture, changes to the car park, improvements to the bar area, new lighting, flooring, seating and booths, new televisions and improvements to the toilets.
In the application, pub owner Greene King said the changes will “enhance the existing character of the building.”
