THE trial of a man accused of the murder of Bradford father Tyron Charles has been pushed back to July.

James Sutcliffe, 28, is alleged to have killed Mr Charles (pictured), 29, at some point between September 5 and 17 last year.

He appeared in the dock at Bradford Crown Court today alongside his father and mother, Kevin and Janet Sutcliffe, aged 60 and 61, all of Hill Crest Road, Denholme.

In December, all three defendants were charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in relation to the police probe into Mr Charles’ death.

The trio were also charged with possession of extreme pornography, with James Sutcliffe accused of an offence of voyeurism.

James Sutcliffe, who has pleaded not guilty to murder, had been due to stand trial on March 12, but due to the additional offences, a new trial date was set for July 2.

No pleas were entered, and the three defendants were remanded into custody.
