POLICE seized a Mitsubishi after getting"numerous" calls from members of the public that it was churning up grassed areas in Windhill.
The car was stopped and seized in Shipley last night by West Yorkshire Police's anti social bike team, also known as the "quad squad."
Public calls to the police had said the vehicle had been churning up the Greenway and land off Prospect Grove A spokesman for the team said: "Another nuisance vehicle seized by our officers. Hopefully this will give he residents of Shipley some peace and quiet now."
Earlier in the day the team had recovered a bike that had been stolen from the Shipley area last month, and visited Ravenscliffe to deal with reports of nuisance bikers.
