Children at an Idle nursery have put on their favourite festive jumpers as part of the national Save the Children 'Christmas Jumper Day' appeal.
Staff and children at Wesley House Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Cross Road, are having fun wearing their wackiest woollies, playing games and making Christmas crafts as part of their fundraiser
Money raised through the appeal will help bring essential healthcare, education, protection and food to millions of children around the world.
Heidi Wright, Wesley House Private Day Nursery Manager, said: “We teach the children about the importance of helping others by organising lots of fundraisers throughout the year. Our Christmas Jumper Day has been part of a wonderful fun-filled December at Wesley House.
"We’re very happy to have some festive fun in aid of a worthy cause."
